Terms of Sale

        My Terms and Conditions are fairly simple and minus a lot of "red tape" you may see elsewhere.  Since I believe the photos on our site are of very good quality, and we all know that "pictures speak a thousand words", all sales are final.  If items are damaged during shipping, contact the shipping provider to resolve the issue as all shipments are insured with the provider.

        All payments are received through PayPal where you can use a major credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) by eCheck,, or direct payment from your PayPal account to ours.  Please note that eChecks can take up to 5 business days to clear.  You also do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal using a credit card.

        If you don't desire to use PayPal then Money Orders will also be accepted as a form of payment..  To order and pay using a money order DO NOT use the shopping cart system to place your order as you will be taken to PayPal to check out.  Instead, send an email to orders@earlyhomesteadprimitives.com with the list of items you wish to order.  I will then send you an email with your total amount for payment using a Money Order.  Send all Money Orders to:

        Once I receive your Money Order and your items are ready, I will ship them immediately.  Orders paid by PayPal will be shipped from 3 days - 2 weeks, depending on availability of the items ordered.  Since I don't keep much inventory, most items are made to order as I receive the orders for them, and it takes time to produce the items.   All shipping is done via US Postal Service or FedEx Ground at our discretion.
